While those incidents were not fun, the ease and accuracy of the State Farm process to get the cars fixed, loaner rented, and finalized made things so much better. I was in consistent communication with Tim (who is awesome) and also utilized the State Farm app to initiate the claims process. Wow is that efficient! Within an hour of my submission, I had a rental setup and collision repair on the calendar.
